Operations Manager

Kaitlyn joined Merrifield Garden and Design in the winter of 2022 and has been a wonderful addition to our team! She serves as our Operations Manager, managing many of our day to day logistics, client communications, and overall team support.

After receiving a degree in Landscape Architecture and Horticulture, Kaitlyn went on to pursue positions in fine gardening, residential account management, and landscape design. Her prior educational, work, and professional experiences have made her an ideal fit for the operational side of the green industry. She loves connecting with clients, collaborating with our teams, and still working with plants when she has the time!

In her free time, Kaitlyn most enjoys teaching her son to garden, traveling to new places, and trying new foods.
