Design & Installation Process
1. Get In Touch
Fill out our contact form or give us a call. We’ll return your message within 24 business hours.
2. Schedule Your MEETING
We’ll discuss your wishes, budget, and timeline to be sure we’re a good fit for you. If so, we’ll schedule your free 30-minute meeting to talk about a detailed creative estimate or landscape design options, depending on your project. Fees for a detailed creative estimate range from $250-800; fees for a landscape design range from $900-7500.
3. On-Site Visit
We’ll spend up to 30 minutes with you at your property, talking about your ideas and goals. From there, we can advise you on the best way to approach your project. We’ll come up with a plan for developing a creative estimate or a landscape design and collect payment for the option you choose. You’ll receive your creative estimate within two to four weeks or a landscape design within four to twelve weeks. Please note during our busiest times of the year this process may take longer.
4. Creative Estimate Presentation
You’ll receive your creative estimate by email, complete with expert suggestions for your consideration and the details about the cost of the project. You can make revisions prior to approving the estimate.
5. Proposal Approval + Plant & Material Selection
When you’re ready to sign and get started on your installation, we’ll collect a 50% deposit and get you on the calendar. We’ll begin hand selecting plants and materials from a number of local garden centers and nurseries, and we’ll go to great lengths to find the perfect plant for your property. We’ll be sure all areas on your property are “dig safe”, we’ll meet with any trade partners involved in your project, and coordinate and schedule your project with everyone involved. You’ll receive regular email updates each week, so you know where we are with your project preparation, and two weeks before your start date, we’ll confirm all the details about who will be on your property and when.
6. Installation and Work
On installation day, we’ll introduce you to your crew leader and start the work. Your designer and our Operations Manager will continue to be your primary points of contact throughout the installation to be sure everything is going forward as discussed, and if you have any concerns, let them know!
7. Final Walkthrough + Ongoing Maintenance
When the project is complete, we’ll collect the final payment and also discuss any warranties, options for ongoing maintenance, and the possible next phases of your landscape project!
Maintenance and Seasonal Enhancements Process
1. Get In Touch
Fill out our contact form or give us a call. We’ll return your message within 24 business hours.
2. Schedule Your First time Meeting
We’ll discuss your garden maintenance and seasonal enhancement needs to be sure we’re a good fit for you, with upfront information on budget and timeline. If we seem like a good fit, we’ll schedule your 30-minute garden assessment to talk about your priorities, the opportunities and challenges we see in your gardens, maintenance schedules, and enhancement options.
3. On-Site Visit
We’ll spend up to 30 minutes with you at your property to better get to know you and your budget. 4. Maintenance Proposal Presentation
We’ll email you a maintenance proposal, including a budget range, suggested schedule, and a list of priorities as discussed during the in-person garden assessment. 6. First Visit by Our Skilled Team
