When you’re getting your landscaping ideas together, it’s important to have an understanding of the associated investment. While there are many factors that can impact your final landscape pricing, including the size of your property, your preferred plants, and the scope of your project, we can provide approximate price ranges based on our years of gardening and landscaping experience in Wayland, Massachusetts, and nearby communities. 


All of our services include clear communication and plenty of information on your options, sustainable practices, and how to care for your landscape. Our team of landscape professionals are happy to share their extensive knowledge with you. 

HOW IT WORKS

After we get to know you and your wishes, we’ll provide a detailed proposal for your approval. Until then, take a closer look at these landscape pricing categories:

Creative Estimate

$125-500

The Creative Estimate gives you an all-inclusive price for the management and installation of your project, complete with thoughtful details and suggestions specific to your property. This fee is completely reimbursed after your installation project is finished.

Landscape Design

$900-7,500+ 

These range from conceptual plans for small areas of your property to full-scale landscape designs. Each one is a result of our careful collaboration with you, reflective of your unique property characteristics and your style and preferences. These may include natural privacy screens, front foundation renovations, outdoor seating areas, low-maintenance solutions, and more. 

Landscape Consultation

$150 per hour

If you’d like to complete your own project with a little help from our experienced Project Managers, a Landscape Consultation can give you ideas, pricing guidelines, advice, and design concepts. We’ll answer all your questions about local horticulture and sustainable practices, and you can proceed with confidence on any DIY garden project. 

Landscape Maintenance

Our maintenance crew pays attention to the fine details and plant healthcare that keep a landscape at its best. With a certified arborist and certified horticulturists on our team, we offer hand pruning, seasonal cleanup, weeding, edging, garden maintenance, and more. Garden Maintenance Programs

Garden Maintenance Assessment: $125-350+

This is a written plan that describes how to best care for your gardens, including:


  • Time sensitive tasks
  • Product recommendations
  • Pricing to perform various tasks as desired


Routine Maintenance Schedules: Starting at $425

Your maintenance crew will include a team of two or three gardeners, and prices are inclusive of travel and disposal time. These are some popular options, scheduled as it works for you from April through November (bi-weekly, every six weeks, or anywhere in between): 


  • 4 hours onsite: Starting at $425
  • 8 hours onsite: Starting at $780
  • 12 hours onsite: Starting at $1,150 


Garden maintenance and enhancement work on an as-needed basis starts at $500.

Planting Installations

Starting at $500

As horticulturists and arborists, we take special care with plant selection and installation to ensure your plants have the opportunity to thrive. Smaller plantings and enhancements may start as low as $500, though these are the typical landscape pricing ranges we see for these types of projects:


  • $2,500 and up: Renovating or rehabilitating an existing garden area
  • $7,500-15,000 and up: Newly installing or renovating a single garden area, such as a side yard planting, front foundation planting, or natural privacy screen
  • $15,000-30,000 and up: Newly installing or renovating multiple garden areas with a healthy, personalized assortment of perennials, shrubs, and trees of mixed sizes, varieties, and bloom times
  • $30,000-50,000 and up: Newly installing or renovating multiple garden areas with all of the above, in larger quantities or with more mature shrubs and trees; installations at this level and above are based on a design
  • $50,000-75,000 and up: Newly installing or renovating multiple garden areas with all of the above, as well as a more unique and broader selection of plant materials based on a specific design intent and customized approach according to your wishes


All projects with multiple garden areas can be completed in phases over the months or years as it works with your budget and landscaping goals. Additional elements, such as hardscaping, irrigation, landscape lighting, and sod are priced per job in collaboration with our vetted landscaping partners.
